Nero was unhappy with Krusty (Clown Plec) in his tank but they lived together with phoenixbaby.

It all started when Krusty decided he didn't want the log any more but he would much rather take possession of Nero's coconut.

This did not go down well at all and Nero was constantly sulking at the base of his plants in the back corner.

I managed to remove Krusty and put him in my wife's tank.

Nero has become a lively and happy Betta again :D

I did feel though that he was a bit lonely so I added 3 Sterbai and he loves them.

They play together, swimming in and out of the plants.

More importantly, they don't have any interest in the coconut :D

He keeps poking his nose out of his coconut in the evenings like he's telling them to keep the noise down

I had a clown plec, it died good job really because i found out it wasnt a very good algae eater(which is what i brought it for), im off to get sum oto's

Good work Marine!!

Is it ever really a "good job" when a fish dies?

umm....good job? at this point id suggest the swap and sell section in the future??

Thats a really nasty thing to say

Perhaps you should research a fish before you just go and buy it

Maybe if you had researched the ottos you might reconsider them as they are very fragile, and im guessing ur plec didnt die of old age either, oh I wonder had ####e ur water conditions are

Smeg, be careful with the cories, Nero was fine with the bronzes i had, and then started chasing and attacking them, and what ever you do, DO NOT ADD A SNAIL! He hates them and knocks them off the glass lol
