Neon Tetras

hi all my daughter wants neon tetras in her 50 litre tank it will have 2 medium bogwood with java fern.2 medium rocks .and gravel substrate.how many can she have in total and how many to introduce at a time thanks very much

What is the dimensions of this tank the Neons may be going into?
 
Also some water stats would be good information, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and ph.
 
And lastly, is this tank cycled and ready for fish?

Hi thanks For answering tank is 42 x 39 x 53 high ph was 6.7 ammonia and nitrates n nitrites was nearly 0 when i tested early 2day.the tank has been running for nearly 4 weeks

Sorry, can you be a little more specific about the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate reading please.

Did you follow the cycling as the one I linked earlier?

Just want to have a clearer picture of how your tank is progressing
