Neon Tetra Ailments?

are there any ailments comon to neons that would make it look like it has a bump on it's belly?
 
it looks exactly like the others that i can see, except it seems to have a lower drop underneath which has a sliver looking line run across it.
i can't get a photo as the detail is too small for my camera to pick up.
 
from what i've read neons are supposed to be almost impossible to breed in captivity, but......there is a male endler in there.

Unfortunately, there is such a thing as Neon Tetra Disease (NTD), however, it doesn't sound just quite like your description. Lumps might appear but they would look more like cysts. Are you wondering if it's pregnant, by any chance?

i think i might be, this doesn't look like it a cyst or a growth, it just looks like it got a deeper chest/belly, the fish itself doesn't seem ill.
but baring in mind (from what i've read) neons don't usually reproduce in captiity (and i'm not trying to make them breed, no special temp or food or anything like that), i thought i'd better try to check out possability of some kind of ailment, just to be on the safe side

Too much food? I have seen similar things when they are feed too much. And no worries neons can not get pregnant and will never hybridise with a guppy

thank goodness for that, i'm up to my eye teeth in fry at the mo.
i have been being generious with the food as there is fry in there.
the only thing is it's not guppies they are in with it's endlers (altho they could be a guppy cross).
