I've been looking at Neolamprologus (particularly leleupi and pulcher). I know I've seen some type of Neo. in my lfs, but at the moment, I'm not sure which one is was exactly. I was just curious is any of the fish in this family would be able to go in a community tank consisting of kuhli loaches, cories, mollys, platys, danios, hatchets, a krib, and a gourami. The tank is 65 gallons.

I've also seen a "daffodil cichlid" at one of my lfs, and it looks similar to the Neo. Are there any that can be referred to as a "daffodil cichlid"? If so, what kind of info can you give me on it?

A Daffodil is a Pulcher.

The chances are if you keep a single specimen it may work, though it's still probably not the best idea. If you wanted to keep breeding pairs then it will not work, they're just too aggressive.

I wouldn't put them in a community tank, we have on my LFS that I work in a daffodil that's in an african display tank with big auloconara's, hap ahlis, and some frontosa and other big lake tang fish and they are actually pretty agressive, I also have one on my tank and it's standing on his own with my pseudo's...the only african cichlid that I would consider going to a community tank are yellow labs....
