does the jbl profi co2 set 2 come with a needle valve?

in the solenoid leaflet it says it may damage it?

does anyone know if they come with one or if not does anyone have one on the co2 setup with a solenoid on theres?

sorry about the silly question i havent had it long and only know the basics

thanks

chris

Yes, it does come with a needle valve, but the adjustment on it is very coarse. I can`t see how a solenoid will damage it.

do you know if its on the regulator? as thats the only 'thing' i can see that will reduce the pressure (except the main tap)

i couldnt see how it could either as its seperate and shouldnt matter as long as the solenoid open/closes

thanks

Yes, it is already fitted to the regulator and is in line just before the solenoid.

cheers

reading your other post you said they arnt that good

would you advice to buy another one? or would it be a waste of money (im on about needle valve and leaving the jbl reg on)

thanks

I just find the adjustment too coarse. It shouldn`t be a problem, because once you have set the bubble rate you may not touch it again for months on end. For the money, it should have a finer adjustment to it.

Yeh of the three types of reg Ive had JBL is by far the worst. I found getting fine adjustments very tricky and it would shift out of place changing the bubble rate.
