Need Some Help And Advice

All you can do really is add her to a container at the top of the tank.

well that tetra died on saturday, today another tetra was showing the same signs,i decided just to remove it and kill it humanely by throwing it hard against the concrete slabs, what i didn't expect was it just exploded as soon as it hit the slab, having used this method before, this never happened the last time,i think it was probably because it was so bloated, even looking inside the fish after it was dead,i could see no signs of anything!

Poor things.
R.I.P.

Good luck with the rest of the fish.

Bless Him.
R.I.P.

Just keep doing water changes.
Keep a good eye on the fish.

Good Luck.

If fish show more symtoms get back to the board.

well had no deaths since the last tetra,so here's hoping the bacteria has run its course
