Need Plant Help

do u plant plants in the pots or not??
also what if ure substrate isnt deep enoth to pant the whole thing?
plzz need help ASAP

Are they in pots (terracotta) or plastic pots with holes /slits all around it?

Never done the little terracotta ones but I think you are supposed to leave them in them.
The black plastic jobbies - remove the plants - the roots are inside this wool stuff, remove that as carefuly as you can to avoid breaking the roots (some will break) then plant the the plant.

also bought a light for plants but stupid thing was smashed so gota take that back

Yep, remove them, carefully separate them out & try to get as much of the wool off, then push them in the substrate.

Takes a lot of time mind - fiddly as f...

Best done with water about 1" covering the substate (more if there are fish in of course) ....

PS, if you think keeping fish is difficult..... about 100x more involved is keeping plants!
