Need Help To Identify Tetras

Hi can anyone tell me what type of tetras these are:

They were sold to me as 4 emperor tetras but looking at them i think we have 2 diamond tetras and 2 golden what does anyone else think?

first one looks like a congo tetra, the second one i've seen at petsmart, but can't remember the name.
