Need Advice

I have some amazon sword plants and some java moss and some anubius but none of them seem to be growing well. I have plenty of lighting. I have 120W for a 46gal tank and I use Seachem's Flourish excel plant fert. Any ideas on what could help my plants to grow better?

All your plants are low lights and you have a lot of light, but I think the main problem is that you are only dosing micro nutrients. Try some sort of TPN+. Or if you want to stick to seachem, buy their bottles with potassium, phosphate and nitrogen and dose according to the instructions on the bottles.
