the one and only
so i usually use the hose to syphon and refill, having it going to the drain outside my front door ( only have the one entrance as its a town house)then i put the hose on the kitchen tap and refill
but with having so many tanks, and the weather being so bad im looking for an alternative way to drain them ( dont want the door open for 2 hours in the snow)
i have tried syphoning into the kitchen sink ( i know not very hygenic
) but the water wont climb the hose, and i end up chucking it out the door again
now you all know how much i love my boys, and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to them, but at the moment im waiting for steriod injections into my spine, and i genuinely cant use the bucket method..or else i would.
i have heard of pythons, but no idea what they are or what they do,i really need something that will take the water from the tank and pour it into the sink ( no i dont have a man either
) even if it only drains the tank thats fine, i can use the hose to refil it as i normally would
so any ideas? locally i have my lfs, pets at home,acorn,dobbies..and water change day is tommorow (sun)
thanks so much ,in advance
