Naughty Puntata

Well i decided to have a couple of days of no food for my Channa Puntata who i feed too much, he is about 5" big, he didn't appear to like this starvation diet and protested by eating one of his tank mates, one of the 3 1/2" Botia striata's that he has shared a tank with for the last 6 weeks.
It was way too big for him and he nearly choked to death, my wife now hates him, cant blame him though if you are hungry you are gonna eat anything avaliable.

I have now had to place him in a seperate tank as they are now considered a food item, poor little Botia's.

yep it was kinda funny in a savage sort of way, thats nature, its was my fault really, wont make that mistake again.
