Bought a juwel rocky background from Back to nature. crippled my credit card.

Looking for a natural gravel that will look like a river bed, but i dont want the pea shingle look. Any ideas? I like a sandstone sort of colour, but cant find it anywhere!

I have made a very natural looking substrate like you describe. I used 1/4 inch pea gravel mixed with 1/2 pea gravel, then I added in some 1inch gavel also. Sandstone can be ANY color, what color do you mean? (Ive seen white, yellow, brown, and black sandstone)

Well, yellowy orange. Sorta grand canyon colour. It would go really well in the tank im just not sure where to get it.
