Nano Tanks

I'm a big fan of nano tanks and i saw a glass 13L for 'one goldfish'. Ovbiously this is cruel, but i was wondering if anything at all can go in a 13l.
I think 13l is about 3 us gallons for you imperials

MAYBE a betta...... thats if you want to be mean to the poor fish...... get a 10 gal. and your choices multiply ten fold..

I'd say a few shrimp. You could do a nice nano planted setup with a couple of shrimp in there.
