cherry shrimp. perhaps it's a little young or just has coloration like that.

I have a mix of neocardinia shrimp varieties in one tank, yellow, red, and the blues. They have interbred and are generating a number of color patterns, some of which look very similar to your shrimp. I suspect it is a poor, for color, but otherwise healthy cherry shrimp.
