My Zebra Danio

hi there im new to the site and i have a 55g all the tests are good i have 2 zebra danios helping with the cycleing. my question is one danio is at the top and eats alot of the food but if it falls it doesent go for and sits on the gravel, but the other one sit in the corner at the bottom and isent as big. im not sure if he is eating or not. how can i tell.

How long have you been cycling and what are your water stats ie ammonia and nitrites?

its been about 2 weeks the tank got cloudy 4 days ago and is going away all the test are good i noticed that when i turned the lights out that he is swimming with the other at the top of the tank. i was also think should i get more so they all swim with each other?

No don't get more fish if your tank isn't cycled. You need to be testing daily for ammonia and nitrites as this is the result of fish waste and gradually poisons the fish.

Read the section in the "new to the hobby" forum called "fish-in cycling". This will fully explain why new fish die. Do a water change if you have any ammonia or nitrite readings.

Thanks and i already test every day at home and Petco is around the corner i take it in there every couple days just to get a better reading.
