has a red tumour like growth coming from the inside of its gill sticking out the bottom. i can also see a red lump in his mouth? any treatment suggestions?

Do the lumps look hard of soft like filled with fluid.
Do the lumps resemble a caulifllower.
Any holes in the gill plate.

Is it possible to load a pic up onto the site.

hey wilder,

the lumps are red and hard - look quite bloodshot.

no holes in the gill plate.

i will try and get a decent shot of it now

Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
If there tumours there no cure.
All you can do is issolate him and try a bacterial med.

Still load the pic up if you can.

Does the gill look red and inflamed. Any excess mucas on the gill.
Red lumps can also be caused by parasites.

ok so here they are... quality could of been better, and my new oscar could of stopped trying to steal the limelight but here goes..

there is no flicking, the red is protruding from inside the gill. externally he is still full of colour and eating, but the lump is growing relatively quickly
