My Tank

My 180 litre tank, been set up for about a month.
just wanted people's opinions/suggestions... whadda you think?

2 guppies
10 zebra danio
9 cardinal tetra
2 black phantom tetra
1 otto
2 dwarf gourami
2 german blue rams
7 amano shrimp

The thing in the top left is a fry thing with tights around it to stop my danio fry escaping
