My Tank Photos

i have been keeping tropical fish for about 3 months now, and i thought i would share what i have done so far with you.
my tank consists of:

2 rainbow gourami
2 black widow tetra
4 mollies
2 sword tail
1 red finned shark
1 silver dollar
and a large feather fin catfish

my first tank is approx 23 gallon and my 2nd tank is 9 gallon.

filtration on my main tank is:

eheim 2213 external canister
aqua one maxi 104f internal
eheim aquaball 2208 internal

i have only just started to set up my smaller tank so there isnt too much that i can say about it at the moment, but here are the pictures......

Nice looking tanks although your tank isn't big enough for some of your fish.

1. Silver dollars need a MUCH larger tank as they grow large
2. If your shark is a red tailed black shark then it will outgrow the tank and is likely to get agressive.
3. I think the feather fin catfish also is too large for the tank

Is it just me or was the water in those tanks kinda cloudy. If they were my tanks, I would test and see what's out of wack.

yes the water is slightly cloudy because its just coming to the end of a cycle still

I agree that some of the fish in there need a much bigger tank, other than that it looks good though.

Just lose the silver doller, the red tailed blck shark and the feather fin catfish and you should be ok.
