Hello, my tank has nearly cycled, just giving it a week of stable results. The PH was 8.2 to start with, it then went down to 7.6 its now at 8 and has been for a while. The water where I live is hard but my tap water PH is 7.6. Will the tank water eventually settle at 7.6 or stay at 8? Like I said my tank is pretty much cycled. If this is the case what fish can I have for a high PH? I only have a 64L tank.
Advice please

there are many fish who can live with a high ph. You also want to make sure that your water is safe and is fresh with no chlorine, if it has any, get some water conditioner and put the amount your tank calls for. and if its 64 liters its about 16 galons, and that is an ok size of a tank, there are many fish you can get for that size, if this is your first tank i recomend platies, there very easy to care for and your ph level is perfect for them. :good:

If you set aside some tap water for a day or so and then measure it, that will tell you what to expect for long term pH in your tanks unless there is something in the tank that affects it.
