My Tank Has Loads Of Tiny Air Bubbles Help

HI THERE

IV CURRENTLY SET UP MY ROMA 200 LTR TANK WITH AN EXTERNAL FILTER IT HAS NO FISH IN IT AND THE TANK IS FULL OF AIR BUBBLES ALL OVER IT AND I DONT NO WHY ???? IV ALSO NOTICED MY INLET PIPE TO THE TANK IS BLOWING OUT BUBBLES ????? PLEASE HELP THANK YOU :sad:
 
Its nothing to worry about - all new tanks have this. Its just the gas escaping from the water. they will all disappear in a few days!

have you got your inlet tube in the outlet and the outlet in the inlet, i did the same till i realised, lucky i had not switched it on!
 
The tons of tiny bubbles are just the gasses that were dissolved in your tap water. When you take the pressure off by filling the tank the bubbles come out of solution and are visible. It is sort of the same kind of thing you see when the CO2 in soda makes bubbles in a glass.
 
I agree with the other and for a future reference please do no post in all captital letters! :good:
 
Don't worry, I get this in my tanks when I do a full water change every now and then. It's just gas escaping. Nothing to worry about :D
