Hey all! I have been saving for a while to get a 50 Gallon tank. Im so excited! I just want to know if it is OK to have these fish together. I will have 6 neon tetras, 6 emerald catfish, 4 upside down catfish, and a Bristlenose Suckerfish. Take the poll above and tell me if its good.

Temperature wise, they are a good match, which is nice to see for a change in here. :)

I would double the numbers of each catfish species, especially the Upside Downs, they will be unlikely to behave naturally in just a group of four when they are very social.

You could easily do a group of 25 Neon Tetra, but they are not a fish for hard water, so tell us about your planned water's chemistry (pH; kH; gH)

that is my total stock plan. It is a 50 gallon so I do not see how I can have 8 emerald cats, 8 upside downs, and 25 black neon tetras. how will i be able to do that? I do not know my current water chemistry other than my water is getting softer.
