My Small Bolivian Ram Has A Glossed Over Eye?

Hello everyone, i have a question for anyone that might be able to shine some light on this for me. One of my small Bolivian rams all of a sudden has had one of his eyes gloss over with what looks like a extra layer of glass. Does anyone have any idea what this could be and if so is he in trouble? Thank you in advance for any help.

Typically due to trauma. If your water is good it should heal fairly quickly.
