My Pressure Guages Are Not Working

I bought this c02 cylinder at a paintball sotre and it is charged , but when i put the guages on , theres no pressure, wats the deal

I think the duel gauge head is broken cuz when i anticlockwise or clockwise the knob , the pin inside of it doesnt move down and I think its not opening the cylinders pin valve


has anyone had this problemo before? And my duel guage is new btw
