Hi here my pics of my 20 gallon tank with plant growing very well with no CO2 or no light

LMAO what was you hoping to see loads of lovely plants? I did have 5 of them but i did not know that salt kills plants and i saved the last one so i willl be getting more of the same later on.

Haha, yea, not what i was expecting either. Ive had goldfish since i was about 12, for light i just used my desk lamp. It worked awesome, the plants grew better in that, than they do now in my 4ft tropical set up. How depressing..

There are some plants that can survive in brackish set ups - one is your vallis you have, look on the list on the right:
