Hard to tell what to make of your tank becuase the picture quality is so dismal.

From what I can see though, it looks to be well established & thriving, no algae and getting that right is no easy task!

The layout to me does not seem layered enough - get some more midground & certainly more foreground plants in there. Adding rotala rotundifolia to any tank will make it look better IMO, but it will draw the viewers attention - adding more variety of red plants will therefore help distribute the balance of colour if you're thinking of adding rotala.

Whta is the Grass like plant in back?
Vallis

Quote taken from George Farmers response in the pinned topic in Planted Tank section

(Easy) Midground (lots more options)

Mid-sized crypts (wendtii, others, excellent plant)
Barclaya longifolia (can get big, can also behave)
Nymphaea species (must be taught to behave, otherwise a background plant)
Anubias (barterii, coffeefolia, barterii var nana, others)
Anubia gracilis (does better emersed rather than submerged)
Java fern
Bolbitis heudelotii (when small a midground)
