Here is my plan for my 27 gallon tank:

7 Black Skirt Tetras
6 White Cloud Mountain Minnows
1 Betta
3 African Dwarf Frogs
5 Amano/Cherry Shrimp
1 Filter Shrimp

Now all I want to know is with this stocking will the tank be full or will there be room for anything else? For reference here is how my tank looks at the moment:

That's a nice tank. I assume its fully cycled for that bioload?

I'm not a big proponent of ADFs with fish. Without the ADFs you would have some extra room, if you were diligent about water changes. With the ADFs, I'd say that you are fully stocked, and perhaps even a bit overstocked. ADFs can be a bit dirty in their skin shedding, and unless you are very good about cleaning up all the muck, that's just a giant ammonia spike or ridiculously high nitrates waiting to happen.

If you were to put the ADFs in a separate tank, then I'd say that you could go for a small shoal of cories, although I'm not an expert on cories and shrimp and how they get along.

Are you sure you want African Dwarf Frogs? They're quite dirty fellows. :-/ i think your stocking is fine. Ditto on what @eaglesaquarium said about the frogs dirtying up the tank.
