alright so my two newst pairs have been together for a few days now. my black copper actually made an attempt at spawning the other day, but only wrapped the female once and of course they got nothing out of it. my yellow dals haven't done a darn thing yet besides beat on each other from time to time, and hes got a dinky lil nest yet he won't let her near it...... they are getting blood worms at least once a day plus their pellets, and have been getting this combination since i got them two weeks ago. so heres my question... is there anything i can do to help them out a bit?? and help would be greatly appreciated.

I would split them for a few days the start over with the introducing.

Are the females eggy? and do they have the bars?

im splitting them up in just a few minutes here. both females are eggy and i can only see bars on one of them(the other is yellow metalic)

I totally feel your pain. There's a particular pair I am trying to spawn. They did spawn, after the help of Atison's Betta Spa (which is indian almond leaf extract-I highly recommend it!), however, he ate the eggs! So I am going to start conditioning them yet again, I try them again in a couple weeks. I think I could get some beautiful babies from this pair, so it's going to be try, try again!

Breeding bettas can be frustrating, but don't give up! It's very rewarding as well! Keep us posted on how things go!

iv had 5 pior spawns that went perfectly. the spawn before last i had i used attisons betta spa and it worked wonders with them. unfortunately i don't have anymore of it right now. is there anything else i cold use that is easier to get??

You can probably get it online, or actual indian almond leaf as well. I don't know of anything else that works.
