If you are going to add another round of meds after the gravel vac just add the recommended dose.
If you have to preform a water change during a med course you just add the correct amount of med back to water removed.

Well, of course with the gravel vacuuming water does come out so I guess I'll have to add the amount that probably came out everytime. I don't really plan on doing a water change, just add the water that comes out. Thanks again!

then your re introducing the Parasite back into the tank. The gravel vac will help remove the parasite when its laying dormant in the gravel multiplying.
