Well after much pondering, worrying, and deliberating, I finally purchased a Blue Phantom Pleco. It is the most expensive fish I have ever bought. Thanks to everyone's help with the Pick the Pleco post I had. ( http://www.fishforums.net/content/forum/22...Pick-The-Pleco/ ) It really helped. The Queen Arabesque actually won the poll, but he was gone, and I really liked the Blue Phantom so I did it. Hope he lives happily and healthily, my pleco luck hasn't been the greatest.

I have a couple of other pictures, but photobucket is giving me some issues...

is taking photos of it while it's still in the bag and recovering from the stress of transport (and with the flash no less) really a wise thing to do?

nice fish btw

How is a picture stressful? Perhaps he was worried about his unkempt appearance from the hard journey home?

and thanks for the compliment BTW.

hey beautiful fish Ive always wanted one. I have a clown Plec and a tiger plec Not to be to nosy how much did you pay for it?????

And by the way nice find on the pond read the thread today dam long thread.

He's beautiful for a plec as some can be ugly looking but in a cute way.

Thanks for the compliments everybody, I can already tell I got pretty lucky, there have only been a few times when he isn't perched directly on top of the driftwood in the tank, so thats nice I can actually see him once and a while.

And to Billy, I paid $41.99 for him. It took me three weeks to decide to get him! The most I had spent on a fish before hime was like 8.99... so he had better live.

Nice looking plec you've got yourself there. Sure wish mine would decide to perch himself out where I could see him. He seem to favor a little spot on the glass right beside the heater, which also happens to be right behind one of my plants. lol, oh well, fish will be fish.
