ive heard that clowns are one of the easiest marine fish to breed in captivity

After a few goods meals he will colour up bright orange nicely! LFS clowns are always yellow but will brighten up at home after a couple of weeks

that tank is perfect for him as the rule is 1 inch of fish for every 5 gal.
he is barely an inch.
do you think a cleaner shrimp would be ok in there or is the tank too small

The inch per gallon rule only applies to small, slim bodied fish, btw.

Actually this rule doesn't apply in salt water tanks.
