Or should I call him no-Fin-eas ? I got him from my lfs and they keep them in with the other fish rather than in cups. I guess he was in with some real nippers. Otherwise, he seems well fed and healthy. The guy also gave him to me for free, since I told him I was taking him home to grow some fins.
