My New Betta

if he was in full flare you would see the edge of the tail above the dorsal due to it being longer than the dorsal, he's nat all in full flare so saying he's a hm isnt the fact and just misleading a member into a false understading of the tail type, the tail wont be proven without a full flare pic with the gills at full spread aswell.

Look, someone asked for opinions and they got them. That's the only photo he looks like he might make a full HM spread so I said so. If I were referring to every single photo of him then I would have said "He's a halfmoon", instead of saying that from the 3rd pic he looks definitely like a 180 spread.

Bloomin hell, what is it with everyone getting on their high horse on here recently? All I've seen tonight is snap here snap there. :shout:

im only stating what you said was incorrect and you cant say that he's definately a HM from that picture, you've just jumped into the thread without actually looking at the picture and the factors that lay with in it, you seem to be the one snapping not me, maybe you need to chill a bit. :p and stop stamping your feet

He is a halfmoon! Yah! I got him to finally flare at his reflection and the 180 on the back fin was as clear as day.
