nice its that sump hidden behind the tank

no its underneath mate its custom built setup for the bloke who had it before so its a tight fit 3mm either end of it to fit in the cabinet and then a big cupboard next to it lol the whole thing stands at 5ft tall and 5ft9 long and its pushed 6" into the alcove to fit it in my room

i was going to go down the sump root but there is a weight issue becuase the stand dont have a bottom it would be going straight on to the carpet and noooo way would see let me do that lol what size UV are you using a 25

there is not that much wieght in a sump its only half full yeah a vecton uv 25 could do with bigger i thinkl really allthough it does a cracking job not one bit of algea at all

well what spare cash i have left now lol im going to buy a vecton like in fact i have one but its on my mates tank but i think i will get a new one for this tank as well as a few other things i hate going to the lfs like i have to spend every last penny in my pocket lol i carnt walk away with change it feels wrong

lol same here mate every penny has to go. why dont you build a bottom on the tank stand and put a sump in it wont be that much work its just a frame round the side and a board on top basically and the sump only has to be 25% of the water volume for it to work correctly

woop woop postman have just deliverd my moonlights for the tank i got the blue ones and there pretty neat to tell you the truth like

yeah there cool look nice when its dark as i bought a air curtain aswell full lengh of the tank i had to buy 2 ov them and 3 lights

yeah cool ive got all my air in the sump out of the way but considering putting it in the tank

yeah me too but its also putting more air directly into the skimmer too

here is that 7ft tank i want but the missus wont let me have i think its a good deal myself lol
