Omg. I'm living in a totally wrong country. Here the most wanted betta is a red veiltail

It was almost hard to sell my crowntail boys, no-one wants special bettas

And who needs large tanks anyway. It would only be wise to trade this one and get lots of smaller tanks. You know, more room for bettas

That's so weird. By no means is my lfs the norm for betta supply. A very well known local breeder and IBC top25 points shower gets alot of stock($$$$$) from my lfs so there is an unusally great selection.

2 weeks till the local betta show and auction we will see what I come home with.

You are so lucky. I almost hate you

If we get any special bettas here they are usually old. My chocolate male just died before I had time to breed him. I knew he was old and acting really lazy already when I bought him, but...

I would happily pay over 50 euros for a halfmoon pair, preferably black ones or something special. But I don't think I could get anything like that even if I'd pay 100 euros.
