My Male guppy fish has a weird bludge under its belly???

I was looking at my guppy fish tanks today ans noticed this guy. I quickly seperated him and im clueless to what is up with him, I did a little bit of research but I've come up empty handed, the only thing that seemed possible was C- worms but I don't see any little red tails sticking out. Crossing my finger that thats not the case... but if anybody has any suggestions that would be great!

Hi and welcome to the forum

The fish's intestine has popped out of its butt. There's no cure and sometimes it goes back in by itself, other times the fish dies.

It's becoming more common with inbred fish like guppies.

You can try feeding it plant matter like mushed peas, pumpkin, etc. Sometimes that helps but there is no guarantee.
