My Long Finned Oscar

hello all so i just bought two small oscars to put in a 75 gallon with a synodontis, raphael cat, BN, and an eel. I managed to rescue this long fin from wal-mart. it was 10 dollars and the sheer fact that walmart had one of these for so cheap. sure its fins are torn up badly. he was the only one in with a bunch of reg finned O's. I put him in with a nicely marked tiger.

does anyone know how long it will take for these fins to grow back? anything i can add to help that wont harm my other fish?

good waterchanges and good filteration will be enough, porbally 3-4days and you will not notice

As Nelly said - nice clean water, if he needs an extra helping hand a bit of melafix shouldn't hurt.

Very pretty, couple of extra water changes and they will be as good as new, you probably already know this, but just in case, you wont be able to keep 2 Oscars in a 75g tank for long, they will need a minimum of 125g preferably larger for long term health and growth.
