My Little Fry Tank

So when I found that fry were somehow escaping from their netted box in the main tank I decided to set up a small tank for them and here it is:YouTube Link

It looks quite pretty. I do not see the filter in the tank though. Fry require filtration just the same way that adults do. If you do enough large water changes often enough, you should be able to overcome the lack of a filter.

The filter is the blue looking thing where the bubbles are coming from its air powered so is ideal as it does a good filtering job without sucking up the fry as opposed to the filters I have on my other tanks.It also has the benefit of producing the bubbles to oxygenate the water a little more.

Good deal. A nice mature sponge filter also provides fry with microscopic life to feed on between meals.
