My lights

I want to know what you all think. I ordered my VHO setup from hellolights. Over my 75 gallon tank this alone gives me 3wpg. I have a heavily planted tank with co2 and eco-complete. I want some higher light plants. I can add another bulb to give me 4wpg.

What do you all think. Should my vho at 3wpg be just fine or should I just go ahead and connect the other bulb. May sound like a dumb question.
