My Injured Finger

yessssh! Be careful man! I lost a few fingers in a car wreck a while back (sake bombs and driving = bad idea) luckily I picked them up after the wreck and the doctor was able to sew me back together with nothing but a tiny scar going down the sides of each finger. Talk about a rough night

OH no thats bad luck, hope it soon heals, i damaged my hand falling over on a fish shop visit and the worst for me was not being able to put my hands in the tank to clean it and do matainence. I will be more careful when i clean my cover glass now, thanks for making me aware of an accident waiting to happen

Poor Poor raven. I have been lucky enoguh not to severly injur my finger but i have had my own stories in the last 14 years.
Hitting myself in the head with a baseball bat( hurt very bad, and i passed out)
When i was aorund 6, went to a freinds, and went riding on a bike w/o shoes, dragged by foot on the road, took some meat of my pinky toe and i could see my bone( that hurt very very bad)
Getting a clay shovelers crack on my 7th vertabre, almost became paralyzed ( during football 3 years ago)
landing on my balls from jumping on a picnic table( i couldnt walk)
Falling down a flight of stairs head first, then hitting a brick wall with my head
Rding a bike, chain falls off, ride down a hill around 20 mph( went down a football fields length in about 1 and a half sec!), only to hit our laundry poles( for drying outside)

Im sure there are several more that i cant think of at the moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To be 14 and have that many injuries!!!!! Im a walking accident!

You are a walking accident although im 14 too and ive had quite a few accidents before.
Ive been knocked unconcious 3 times and got concussion 3 times for it.
I was doing the vault once and i didnt put my hands up far enough and i landed bang slap on my balls and on my wrist aswell so i got 2 lots of pain there (broken wrist and the family juwels).
When i was little i cycled down a hill on my first bike and i couldnt reach the brakes, i hit straight into a few railings, broke my bike and then then fell off into a whole laod of stinging nettles (i later found out after that accident i was allergic to stinging nettles), i was all red and scabby for days all over my body.
I also have a massive folder at the hospital (like mums and dads folders put together) for operation etc.
So in conclusion im a walking acciden too lol.

Not at all, a cut is a cut, and a worthy cut it was too.

There's nothing worse then really hurting yourself and having nothing to show for it, like when you walk into something and hobble off to roll up your trouser leg and there's not a mark on you. You deserve a good trophy bruise for a painful knock.

On my first day of Culinary School, the very first thing they taught us, before anything else.......if a knife is falling off of a table....DONT TRY TO CATCH IT!
LOL too bad Human reflexes are faster than our brains sometimes! Hope your finger feels normal again soon.

Ouch, you've all ahd some pretty horific injury's.

When I was about 8 I was riding a bike slipped on the curb somehow and hit my face hard on the pavement.Apparently I was screaming lmao, blood was all down the bike and on the road, I was of school for 2 weeks .When I hit the road I did it with such hard impact I got massive purple/brown bruises around my eyes and my cheeks swelled up.I went to the doctors and they checked if it was broken, but they didn't think it was, after the past few years I have found I can barely breath out of both nostrils, and when I try and blow air from my left one little air comes out lol, it is a bit irritating when I get a cold, oh well.I looked really podgey lol, my whole face swelled up.I have a pic somewhere two weeks after and I still had bruises all over my face.

Another time I was gonig on a feild on an old moped, about 2 1/2 years ago, I hit a big lump of dirt which had been ploud and it just broke...Well I didn't think and I waited for the thing to fall on me, at about 17 mph (the last time I looked at the dial on it).I got out easily but when I got up I found that my whole foot was numb, I could barely touch the ground for atleast 4 days.I was in aginating pain for ages, worse then when I messed up my face

About 3 months ago I was playing rugby, I'm just under average height and build but play forward, had to sub in for second row (do it alot but usually play open side flanker), well these guys were massive and mushed us.Ever since I get tingly sensations and pain in my left shoulder blade area, it feels as though soemthing is underneath it, like something is stabbing be in the back but inside out.Anyone know what it could be, its getting worse lol ...No joke.

You should get that shoulder checked out by a physio Cheesy Feet - the damage you could save yourself is well worth the annoyance!!

I have a pretty good story for the mangled fingers collection...
I was turning a horse out in the field at the time. He was always bad mannered and this day he decided to take off at a flat out gallop while I was opening the gate to his field. As he took off I was stuck between him and the fence post with my hand on the gate, he trapped my arm, pushed forward pulling me bodily with him, my finger got trapped in the latch and then as he went through the gate I still had hold of his lead rope (I have a reputation for never letting go of a horse - I just do it instinctively) so I was pulled two ways...somehow he threw me over the gate and through the electric fence. I landed the other side of the fence with one hand still caught in the gate on the other side and the horse in the other hand looking confused...
I went to the docs and they said it would probably be fine if I kept using it but the bones have fused and I have limited movement in that finger.

Lol, well I think its getting even worse so i'll ask if I can go to the doctors.
