yea they should be fine altho id get 3 ottos (you have room) and you mite want to get all male guppys (there the colourful ones and you wont get over run by fry).

Guppies should be either: 1m and 2f
OR
5+ MALE guppies
If you have less than 5 males, they will tear eachothers fins and you will have a dominant male. So get 5 male guppies. They get to about an 1" in size.
If you dont have 1m to 2f, you will have a female guppy being harassed. Expect to see A lot of babies.
Otto's are not hardy at all when added to a new tank.
You should add them about 4-6 months after the tank is cycled. Otherwise, they will probably die, they are hard to acclimatise too.
2 Platies is a bad bad idea too. Its the same as guppies. 1m to 2f, or 5 males. I dont reccomend keeping loads of male guppies (5) with female platies, they will be terrorised and the guppies will want to breed with them constantly. I would say, get either guppies or platies.
You currently have 3 neons and 2 black neons, i dont know if they school together, but if they do, its ok. If they stick to their own species. You would need 5 of each. But i think they school together. Cant remember now.
Tank is looking great! Your neons are really small, expect them to grow!
You should get some live plants, and hide your fluval filter.
