My Fishies Scales!

Ugh, now what's going on with my fish..is he really really sick?

His bubble eye isn't so swollen so much, so that's getting better. But I just got back in my dormroom, and, he was flaring up at my female, then I looked closer at his face. His scales seem to be peeling off.

Well, they peeled already it seems, but it both sides of his face have the same pattern of peeling, I think it might've been from his flaring if that is possible?

It's like two small lines(?) on each side of the gill that have the scales missing..

I'll try to get u guys a visual to explain better what I'm talking about.

I think you are talking about the gill area? Is it just the hood part that he uses to flare?

Hm.. I think I know what you're talking about. If you're refering to this *(see image) it's pretty normal.
