I see two problems here, the first being that the pipes may be unable to compete with your other fish. You need some way of making sure they get enough food. Caging, perhaps?

Second, parrot fish are like wrasses with one major difference: they get big, to two feet for the bicolour if memory serves. They are great fish really, and beautiful too, but they don't really belong in the average tank. They will also eat hard corals and possibly also crabs, shrimp, and snails; even rock isn't safe, since parrots can bite into it. Their jaw strength is only probably only matched pound-for-pound by benthic tetraodonts, such as Arothron puffers or Balistoides triggers, and morays.

Fortunately, as above they are quite similar/closely related to wrasses (based on looks alone they can easily be mistaken for them). A Coris gaimard could fulfill a parrot's spot if so desired.

They also nip corals and munch live rock... Like Lynden said, not suited to the average aquarium ;). The sailfin may also nip corals as it gets older. Usually this is in search of algae, but the corals never like repeated nipping ;)
