My First Tank :d

Yep so this is my new setup. Its a all in one type thing, light heater and pump built in. I think it is about 20liters.

Stock:
1 Ram
2 Blood eye tetras
4 Baby neons

Ram is being a bit weird and not eating but he seems to be picking up now by exploring the tank, but i havent seen him eat yet.
I am also looking for some sort of plec one that dosnt grow very big. Any ideas anyone.

20 litres?

Thats just over 5 gallons and much too small for the fish you have listed as the rams get too big and the tetra should be in larger groups which the tank size prohibits.

I would take the fish back to the shop and either get a bigger tank and look into what fish are suitable or settle for a Betta...

Sorry to deliver the bad news, but the tank is just no good for those fish.

Its a nice set up, but it isnt suited to the fish you have, like @ombomb said.
