Yes, they are. You can use some pots in tanks.

Yeah in pots , I’m going to change them to terracotta ones in time . I just like them in pots it’s easier for cleaning as you can just move them around

Thanks very much , it’s just over forty gallons 165 litres it’s a bow front tank I picked it up for $100 with stand but the hood was no good so I had to use Perspex for the top with a new led light. The Cory’s seem to like it in there they lay eggs every week
