I have never had angels before. I always thought about keeping them but never have Till now. Karin was very kind and give me her extra pair of blue angles. I had to rehome a few fish and move some around to make it work but now they have the 36 gal to them self. They look great.

They have adjusted well and are exploring together. The little one we think is female is a fresh little thing she will nip at the corys if they get in her way.

Here they are together. I think they are checking out places to lay eggs.

Wahoo, glad to see their colors coming out. So nice to be able to rehome a pair to you. What lucky angels. And again, your photography is always a joy to look at.

I like them. They are really pretty and fun to watch. Don't know why it took me so long to get some.

angels are awesome. i currently have a male and female in my 30g. they're both marbles. i used to have a koi who lived for a year and a half and he was my first fish to get, in the fish in cycle. i had a lot of problems (ich, evil fish, nirite, nitrate) and that angel litterally punched those problems in the face and carried on. "When in doubt, call an angel"

Breeding tubes are showing. The male is getting extra fresh. I was just watching him chase the cory cats. He seems to have picked the heater as the spawning site. No eggs yet but They are getting ready. I will do another WC tomorrow. They are funny fish. I need to set up a better spawning site for them. I see the male cleaning the heater. He is just waiting for the female to be ready. :D

I might try and raise from of these fry this winter after my vacation. My Mother Inlaw was excited to hear I got Angels. She had some growing up and loved them.
