Has died

Before i went out this morning i check his tank (6 gallon) and he seemed fine swimming about happy as larry even he even flaired up when i put syring in to get water for the water tests as he always does

Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 10

Went off to work the come home for lunch and he was floating at the top of the tank lifeless and looking a manky gray colour

Not sure what to do now give his tank a good clean and maybe replace him later this week or not bother

Make sure you don't destroy the bacteria in your filter or you will have to cycle again.

you dechlorinated the water and had the tank cycled? didn't overfeed? had tank temps in check?

sorry if i missed something... but i don't know your expertise and a sudden death like that is not due to 'instant' disease or old age.......
