Here he is.
I still haven't found out WHAT he is. (Besides a fish of course, and a Mbuna. He seems to fare very well with the other guys. No one really bothers him. He's really slow....)

I still have yet to name him. It always seems its soo hard to name your favorite fish!

I know very little about African cichlids, but are you sure he's an Mbuna? He looks nothing like them, and i've seen them (what you have) at my LFS, selling in the Tanganyikan Cichlid area.

Well, he was sold as a Mbuna Cichlid, and he does well with the other guys.
Just to let you know, I only have one.
The first and second picture collide together sdo it looks like theres 2 lol

By the way, i just did a search on them, out of curiosity :p and, well does it look anything like this; Altolamprologus compressiceps? Do a google search for some pictures.

I just thought you'd like to know the care requirements for the fish :D

Not unless mines a female. Its top fin is too long along its body - it also end differently. there color is the same. Thanks though...

Edit: Now that I look at it, I've seen a couple fish that all look diff. and are under the same name.
It might actully be it...

Yup, looks like a calvus to me, too. That's practically the only African cichlid I'm familiar with. I don't generally like Africans, but I LOOOOOVE those guys. Yours is a beauty!

Thank you. I still haven't come up with a name.
He seems to like ciclid flakes way more than anything else...in fact, I havent seen him eat anything else. Its a shame to, because I got this big bottle of pellet stick, and I cut a bunch up just for him. He wont even eat those if their bite size.
Any Ideas?
I've tried shrimp, baby shrimp, pellet sticks, tropical fish food flakes (He eats these) AND Cichlid flakes (eats these).
I have bloodworms, but I feed these to my bettas.
I'm dissapointed all he'll eat is the flakes. I've made sure the pellet and shrimp are small enough, yet no luck.
The lady at my some-what LFS (World of fish) said to feed them as varied as a diet as possible.
-_-

This just in -
