I have red tiger lotus in one of my tanks too. It grows like mad!!!

I have only recently been taking pics with my digital camera,but I will post pics of my fish when I can.
The red lotus plants grow madly in that particular tank, but in another of my tanks,they stay a bit weedy....and don't grow so much. I have to cut them down quite a bit as when too much grow at the top of the tank, I start getting algea problems (as you can see in my pic, that has been remedied now!!).
