Yep, in The Philippines, my country. They sell bettas very cheaply. For example. 7 pcs of HMs or assorted HMPKs and HMs for only $21 dollars plus a freebie fish!. But you gotta find a perfect or good breeder or go shop @ a pet MALL (srsly! MALL)... btw this month I'm going to get 14 HMs and HMPK for FREE from my Friend who is a breeder and also 2 MARBLED DRAGONS for free from another friend who is also a breeder
