The reason he had to pay for replacements was simply that he chose to have them shipped priority. in this weather always do express. he's actually lucky that the seller replaced htem. it's not his responsibility to replace fish after they reach american soil alive. you shouldn't expect that all the time from the seller, you might not be so lucky next time. my suggestion is when it starts getting colder, go with express shipping.. what i would do is still continue business with the seller, but go throug ha different transhipper. they shouldn't have even sugested priority as an option in this weather .

edit: oo I forgot... those bettas look a lot like those that cameofins (on aquabid) sells and they're in the US (don't know where the original poster is from). They look very close ot the fish a friend of mine got from cameo. Maybe you can go through them next time you want nice blue HM PKs? Just a siggestion...

Wow.. those bettas look HUGE. I'm so sorry the 2 you ordered were DOA though So sad... they really were very pretty!
I hope the next ones you recieve are alive and healthy!
